Nagma Bano, a 27-year-old woman, has transformed her life through the support of Manzil.

I joined manzil as an English student in 2023. I completed 12th grade through NIOS after a significant gap caused by personal challenges. I live in a modest household with my mother, grandmother, uncle and elder sister. My mother works as a house help and my sister works as a medical representative.

I harbored a deep interest in IT, but never found the opportunity to pursue it. My chance came when I joined Manzil. With the encouragement of my coordinator, Ankit Gupta, I overcame my initial hesitations and quickly adapted to working with Windows applications and Tally. My dedication and quick learning led me to an impressive milestone: Just two months ago, I transitioned from a student to an IT teacher at Manzil. My journey at Manzil revealed my potential for teaching. With regular motivation from my peers and teachers, I overcame my initial inhibitions and successfully conducted classes. Through Manzil, I also got the opportunity to teach at the Cloud Vision computer academy.

Now, I’m passionate about teaching and am considering enrolling in undergraduate studies in IT, with plans to pursue a degree in education after university. My personal growth at Manzil has been phenomenal. From a shy, under-confident girl, I’ve blossomed into a self-reliant individual exuding confidence and leadership qualities. I credit Manzil for instilling strong work ethics and a sense of purpose around her. I firmly believe that Manzil has been instrumental in turning my life around, and I envision a lifelong association with the institution that has become an integral part of my journey.
