Sushma Rana

I come from a family of 5, and was raised in Delhi. I did my schooling from Atal Adrash Vidyalaya, Government school. I later went on to pursue a B.A program from Delhi University and graduated in 2020. It was in 2020 when I joined Manzil for English classes to converse with the world in English which my school was unable to teach me. It was during my time at Manzil that my journey took a significant turn. I decided to explore opportunities and eventually secured an internship at Manzil in December 2021. The first three months of my internship were filled with excitement and valuable learning experiences. I gained self-confidence, expanded my network by meeting new people, improved communication skills, and enhanced organizational abilities.

Recognizing my own growth and potential, I continued to intern for 3 more months, demonstrating her commitment and willingness to take on greater responsibilities. Balancing my work commitments with my family responsibilities was no easy task, but I proved myself as a supportive team member who managed multiple projects with efficiency and dedication. As a result, I transitioned from an intern, to a supporting team member and am now a core member of the Manzil team. My journey at Manzil had a profound impact on my personal development. I discovered the importance of organizational skills and cleanliness, learning to take responsibility for mu own tasks.

My own space, Manzil, provides me with a secure environment where I can express myself and be who I truly am.
